Terms of use
These terms cover reading opulencealpha.ai, using its public data and signing in to the console. Like the privacy page, they describe what the platform does today, and they promise nothing it does not do.
Last updated Sep 26, 2026
01Who runs this site
The site at opulencealpha.ai and the signed-in console are run under the trading name Opulence Alpha. The founder is Mehmet Saruhan. The address is Maslak Mahallesi, Büyükdere Caddesi, Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey.
To reach a person, use the contact form at /contact. For security reports, follow /.well-known/security.txt. What the platform holds about you, and what it does with it, is on /privacy.
These terms apply to anyone who reads the public site, uses its public data or signs in to the console.
02What the service is, and what it is not
Opulence Alpha is research software for US-listed stocks. It forecasts returns with a range around each forecast, estimates fair value, reads the market regime and tests strategies walk-forward. Then it measures what actually happened.
It is not investment advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. On first sign-in, the console asks a few questions and recommends one of the platform's three model portfolios. That recommendation is about risk and rests only on your answers: the platform does not know your tax position, your liabilities or your other holdings. Decision and execution authority is always yours.
It is non-custodial. It does not hold client money or assets, does not connect to your broker and does not place orders. Acting on anything you read here is your decision, placed through your own broker.
03Accounts and signing in
You sign in through an identity provider: today, Google or LinkedIn. The platform holds no password of yours. If your provider reports your email address as unverified, the sign-in stops and no account is created.
Your account is only as safe as the provider account behind it, so keep that one secure. A session lasts 12 hours. The Profile screen lists your sessions and lets you end any one of them, or all of them at once.
You can delete your own watchlists, saved screens, saved strategies and alert rules from the console, and they go at once. Deleting the account itself is done by a person, on request through the contact form. /privacy says exactly what goes and what stays.
04Plans and credits
Prices, and the work each plan includes, are on /pricing. Questions about plans, credits and the trial are answered at /faq#pricing. The figures that apply are the ones on those two pages.
A plan includes a quantity of work each month: validations, test portfolios and research symbols. Those counts reset each month, and nothing rolls over. Reading research already produced is free on every plan.
Quant Credits pay for work past what a plan includes. No plan grants them. They are bought in packs, and a pack is valid for 12 months from purchase on any plan. It stays valid after a downgrade or a cancellation. Every run is quoted before anything is charged, and no pack is ever bought automatically.
05The free trial, and how billing works today
The free trial gives you every Professional feature for 30 days, and no card is needed to start. It includes no credits: reading stays free, and priced work runs from a top-up pack. The trial does not turn into a subscription unless you choose a plan, and nothing is deleted when it ends.
The console takes no payment details, and no payment processor is connected to it. Our team handles plan changes, top-up packs and monthly spending ceilings on request. Use the contact form and choose Plans and pricing.
06Using the site and its public data
The public pages, the JSON under /api/public, the RSS feed, llms.txt and llms-full.txt are free to read, with no account. robots.txt lets search engines and AI crawlers into the site and /api/public/. It keeps them out of the rest of /api/.
Do not try to get past sign-in, plan limits or any other access control. Do not access, change or keep data that belongs to someone else. Do not degrade the service, including with automated scans that generate load.
If you find a security issue, tell us before telling anyone else, using the route in /.well-known/security.txt, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. There is no paid bug bounty programme, though we consider a discretionary payment for a finding that is material, specific and not already known to us. We will credit you if you would like that.
07The research and the data behind it
Everything published here is for information. It is built from third-party data: daily prices, SEC EDGAR filings, the St. Louis Fed's FRED series, FINRA short-interest data, and analyst rating and price-target actions. In the console, live quotes and headlines come from Yahoo. Source data can contain errors. When the underlying data is corrected, the studies are re-run and re-dated.
Figures on the site are measured on the window stated beside them. Forecasts and fair values are model estimates, and estimates can be wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and all investing involves risk of loss.
The Golden Tickets are the platform's weekly benchmark engine. Each week it picks ten names, long or short by the sign of the forecast, and follows them exactly as picked. Results are reported gross of costs. The Growth, Moderate and Conservative Books are the platform's model portfolios. They run every trading day, net of modelled trading costs, and hold no client money.
08Quoting and citing
You are welcome to quote a public figure. Give the date or window it was measured on and keep its basis, such as gross or net of costs. Link to the page it came from.
Each study has a How to cite line and a link to the JSON snapshot behind its figures, and the glossary definitions are written to be quoted. A quoted figure is research, not a recommendation, and should not be presented as advice from Opulence Alpha.
Anything beyond reading, linking and quoting needs our agreement first, such as mirroring the site or building a product on the feeds. Ask through the contact form. The site's footer reserves all rights.

10Contact
For anything on this page, or anything missing from it, use the contact form at /contact. A person reads every message.
The mailbox address is not printed on the site; the form delivers to it. For plans, packs or billing, choose Plans and pricing on the form.
